We ship with Hermes & DHL. Delivery takes approximately 2-3 days to reach your home.

Of course! We use robust and durable oak wood. Each post is also treated several times with a special oil. The sockets are safe and weatherproof according to protection class IP44, and the LED (in the TIMBERCAN path light) complies with protection class IP65. Our recommendation: Seal the column once a year with a commercially available oil.

Installation and connection are very quick. The power cable is connected underneath the column, and the seal/screws and a metal ground spike are included. Clear instructions are included, of course. In the menu under "Downloads" we have also provided you with an assembly video and the instructions as a PDF.

You can find the dimensions on the last page of the product images. Each column weighs approximately 5 kg. The sturdy metal ground spike provides secure support in any surface.

You'll be thrilled. If anything goes wrong, you have 30 days to return the undamaged column to us. We'll then refund the full purchase price.
